About This Project
This multi-panel pivot locket was created when a mom was expecting her third baby boy and was given to her by her husband. Since the locket was created, they added a baby girl to their family, so we are adding a panel to the locket for her. (…One of the beautiful things about the pivot locket mechanism….)
The front panel features a stylized family monogram and the birthstones of Amber and Brian – mom and dad. The interior panels feature photos of the sons, their birthstones, and their respective nursery motifs.
The back panel features a quote from Dr. Seuss….
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go…”
