ART AFTER HOURS

Monthly, on the second Friday evening, all the venues of Historic Downtown Wake Forest feature artists and musicians in an effort to enrich the lives of those in our community through the arts. Weather permitting, a horse-drawn carriage is available for transport from venue to venue. Galleries are open late, restaurants are serving delicious fare, and the espresso is flowing at the coffee shop.

Public television channel UNC-TV featured Wake Forest's Art After Hours on a program called North Carolina Weekend. Click here to watch the video, which includes an interview snippet with Ginger Meek Allen at her bench.
